預(yù)制式構(gòu)造柱約束墻體抗震性能試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]基于村鎮(zhèn)砌體結(jié)構(gòu)房屋的造價(jià)水平及施工條件,提出了2種預(yù)制式構(gòu)造柱技術(shù)。進(jìn)行了5個(gè)預(yù)制式構(gòu)造柱約束墻體試件(3個(gè)預(yù)制式構(gòu)造柱1約束墻和2個(gè)預(yù)制式構(gòu)造柱2約束墻)的低周反復(fù)加載試驗(yàn)。對(duì)比分析了兩種預(yù)制式構(gòu)造柱與現(xiàn)澆構(gòu)造柱在改善墻體破壞特征、滯回耗能特性、變形能力及剛度退化特征等方面的作用。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,兩種預(yù)制式構(gòu)造柱可使墻體的裂縫發(fā)展更充分,能夠提高墻體的耗能能力及變形能力,對(duì)剛度退化特征的影響不大。作為經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用的構(gòu)造柱技術(shù),可在村鎮(zhèn)建筑中使用。

Pseudo-static test of seismic behavior of walls constrained by precast tie-columns

Abstract:Two kinds of precast tie-columns were put forward for masonry structural buildings in rural areas according to the economic background and constructional abilities of rural buildings. Pseudo-static tests of five masonry walls, of which three wall specimens were  constrained by precast tie-columns 1 and two wall specimens were constrained by pre-cast tie-columns 2, were carried out. The seismic performance, including failure feature, dissipation capacity, deformation capacity and stiffness degradation, were investigated and distinguished. The results show that, the failure cracks develop more fully  than walls without any constraints. The plastic energy dissipation capacity and deformation capacity can be improved by two kinds of precast tie-columns, and the features of stiffness degradation are similar as walls without constraints. The two kinds of precast tie-columns can be used in masonry buildings in rural areas for economic and practice.
