［摘要］亞投行總部永久辦公用房平面呈五個(gè)“口”字形，存在樓板凹凸不規(guī)則、錯(cuò)層、連體（豎向連體）、體型收進(jìn)等多類不規(guī)則情況。主體結(jié)構(gòu)采用帶邊框的鋼板剪力墻多筒體排架結(jié)構(gòu)體系。采用基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法，根據(jù)構(gòu)件的重要程度采用不同的性能目標(biāo)。通過小震反應(yīng)譜法彈性分析和彈性時(shí)程分析、中震彈性分析以及大震彈塑性分析可知，結(jié)構(gòu)整體和構(gòu)件的抗震性能均能達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)的預(yù)期目標(biāo)，并根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)的具體受力狀況對(duì)重要關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件進(jìn)行了局部加強(qiáng)。本工程的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)可供類似工程參考。

Structural design of permanent office buildings for headquarters of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank

Abstract:The architectural layout of the permanent office buildings for the headquarters of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank features five “□”shapes. There are structural irregularities of concave-convex slab, staggered floor, vertical conjoined structure and shape indentation condition in this project. The structural system of the main building is steel plate shear wall with frame and multi-tube bent frame structural system. Performance-based seismic design method was adopted in design and different performance objectives were adopted according to the importance of components. The results of response spectrum method elastic analysis and elastic time-history analysis under the frequent earthquakes, elastic analysis under the fortification earthquakes, and elastoplastic analysis under the rare earthquakes show that the seismic performance of the whole structure and its members can reach the expected goals of the design, and the important components are strengthened locally according to the specific mechanical conditions. The structural design of this project can provide reference for similar projects.
