絕緣子串非線性風(fēng)偏可靠度研究*

[摘要]針對絕緣子串非線性風(fēng)偏可靠度問題,以500kV的3跨線路為研究對象建立了有限元模型,將其動態(tài)風(fēng)偏響應(yīng)結(jié)果與現(xiàn)行規(guī)范《110kV~750kV架空輸電線路設(shè)計規(guī)范》(GB 50545—2010)中的剛性直棒法計算結(jié)果進行對比。根據(jù)設(shè)計隨機變量的統(tǒng)計參數(shù)和風(fēng)偏功能函數(shù),運用蒙特卡洛(MC)方法和一次二階矩方法計算了絕緣子串風(fēng)偏可靠度指標并分析其影響因素。結(jié)果表明:按照一次二階矩方法和MC方法計算的絕緣子串風(fēng)偏可靠度指標結(jié)果一致。對于給定的桿塔,功能函數(shù)的線性化會在一定程度上高估絕緣子串風(fēng)偏可靠度指標,但隨著風(fēng)速均值的增大,影響程度減弱。按照GB 50545設(shè)計的桿塔,其絕緣子串風(fēng)偏可靠度指標會隨著設(shè)計風(fēng)速均值的增大而降低;按照現(xiàn)行規(guī)范對桿塔設(shè)計時,采用外徑較大或者自重較小的導(dǎo)線(新型碳釬維導(dǎo)線),可能會出現(xiàn)其絕緣子串風(fēng)偏可靠度指標低于目標可靠度指標的情況。

Study on nonlinear windage yaw reliability of insulator string

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of nonlinear windage yaw reliability of insulator string, the finite element model for three-span conductors was built, and its dynamic response results were compared with the results of the rigid rod method recommended by current design codes. According to the statistical parameters of design variables and the windage yaw performance function, Monte Carlo (MC) method and First Order Second Moment method were used to calculate the windage yaw reliability of insulator string and its influencing factors were analyzed. The results of windage yaw reliability of the insulator string calculated by MC method and First Order Second Moment method are consistent. For a given tower, the linearization of performance function will overestimate the windage yaw reliability of insulator string, and with the increase of the wind speed, the degree of influence will be weakened. The windage yaw reliability of the tower designed by current codes will decrease with the increase of mean value of wind speed. The windage reliability index of the insulator string may be lower than the target reliability index when the conductor with larger diameter or smaller deadweight (new type of carbon conductor).
