[摘要]提出一種新型單肢火曲等邊雙角鋼構(gòu)件。對長細(xì)比分別為60,80,100,120,140的單肢火曲雙角鋼構(gòu)件和長細(xì)比為60,140的普通雙角鋼構(gòu)件進行了軸心受壓試驗研究,得到了試件的破壞形態(tài)和穩(wěn)定承載力,分析了長細(xì)比和構(gòu)件形式對單肢火曲等邊雙角鋼構(gòu)件受力性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,普通雙角鋼試件發(fā)生繞非對稱軸的彎曲變形,單肢火曲等邊雙角鋼試件發(fā)生繞對稱軸的彎曲變形;火曲對構(gòu)件承載力的影響與長細(xì)比有關(guān),長細(xì)比越大,其影響越小。

Experimental research of axial compression members with single-limb fired-curved equilateral double-angle steel

Abstract:A new type of single-limb fire-curled equilateral double-angle steel member was proposed. Axial compression tests of single-limb fire-curved double-angle steel members with slenderness ratios of 60, 80, 100, 120 and 140 and ordinary double-angle steel members with slenderness ratios of 60 and 140 were carried out. The failure modes and stable bearing capacity of the specimens were obtained. The effects of slenderness ratio and component types on the mechanical properties of single-limb fire-curved equilateral double-angle steel members were analyzed. The results show that the bending deformation of common double-angle steel specimens occurs around the asymmetric axis, and the bending deformation of single-limb fire-curved equilateral double-angle steel specimens around the symmetric axis. The influence of fire-curvature on the bearing capacity of components is related to slenderness ratio, and the larger the slenderness ratio, the smaller the influence.
