預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土雙T板結(jié)構(gòu)性能檢測研究*

[摘要]預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土雙T板是國內(nèi)現(xiàn)行規(guī)范明確規(guī)定需進(jìn)行性能檢測試驗的重點大型構(gòu)件,其試驗方法和檢測指標(biāo)是裝配式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件檢測中的難題。結(jié)合某全裝配式停車樓項目,采用合理的支撐裝置和分級加載方式,對4組共12個非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土雙T板進(jìn)行了承載力、撓度及抗裂性能的檢驗。在試驗基礎(chǔ)上,從“設(shè)計需求”和“設(shè)計性能”兩個方面,對預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土雙T板的性能檢測試驗方法進(jìn)行了對比分析,結(jié)果表明,所有試件荷載加載值均達(dá)荷載設(shè)計值約1-55倍,實測開裂荷載約是理論計算值的1-13~1-38倍,且皆高于1-17倍荷載標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值,小跨度和大跨度板的撓度分別為設(shè)計限值的13%~20%,53%~56%,基本全部滿足“設(shè)計需求”檢驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。指出相關(guān)圖集、規(guī)范中以“設(shè)計性能”為基礎(chǔ)的檢驗思路對于實際工程應(yīng)用要求過嚴(yán),建議對于“設(shè)計性能”遠(yuǎn)大于“設(shè)計需求”的小跨構(gòu)件采用基于“設(shè)計需求”的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行檢驗。

Study on structural performance test of prestressed concrete double tee slab

Abstract:Prestressed concrete double tee slab is a key large-scale component that needs to be tested according to current domestic codes. Its test method and test index are  difficult problems in the detection of components of prefabricated concrete structures. Combining with a fully prefabricated parking building project, the bearing capacity, deflection and crack resistance of four groups of 12 non-standard prestressed concrete double tee slabs were tested using reasonable supporting devices and multi-stage loading method. On the basis of the test, the performance testing methods of double tee slabs were compared and analyzed from two aspects of “design requirement” and “design performance”. The results show that the load loading values of all specimens reach about 1-55 times of the load design values, and the measured cracking loads are about 1-13~1-38 times of the theoretical values, and are all higher than the 1-17 times of load standard values. The deflections of small-span and large-span slabs are 13%~20% and 53%~56% of the design limits respectively, which basically meet the test standard of "design requirement". It is pointed out that the test ideas based on "design performance" in relevant construction drawings and specifications are too strict for practical engineering applications. It is suggested that the indexes based on "design requirement" can be used to test small-span components which have far greater "design performance" than the "design requirement".
