[摘要]珠海長隆航海酒店為部分框支剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)構(gòu)存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則及偏心布置,凹凸不規(guī)則,樓板不連續(xù),尺寸突變,構(gòu)件間斷和局部穿層柱等6個不規(guī)則項,屬于超限高層建筑。介紹了工程的特點和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計情況;進行了小震彈性時程分析和大震彈塑性分析;針對分析的薄弱部位相應采取了嚴控軸壓比,增加底部加強區(qū)域剪力墻配筋率,在特定位置混凝土柱及剪力墻中增設(shè)型鋼,提高特定位置抗震等級,加強薄弱部位樓板板厚及配筋等抗震加強措施。通過基于性能的抗震設(shè)計,可以達到預期的C級性能目標和規(guī)范要求。

Performance-based seismic design of high-rise building in Zhuhai Chimelong Marine Hotel

Abstract:Zhuhai Chimelong Marine Hotel is a partial frame-supported shear wall structure with 6 irregular items, including irregular torsion and eccentric arrangement, irregular concave and convex arrangement, floor discontinuity, size mutation, component discontinuity and local skip-layer columns. The characteristics and structural design of the project were introduced. Elastic time-history analysis for the building under frequent earthquakes was conducted as well as elasto-plastic analysis. Seismic strengthening measures were taken such as strict control of axial compression ratio adopted for the weak parts of the analysis, increasing reinforcement ratio of shear wall in bottom reinforced area, adding profiled steel to concrete columns and shear walls at specific locations, improving the seismic grade at a specific location, and strengthening floor slab thickness and reinforcement in weak parts. Through the performance-based seismic design, the expected C-class performance target and specification requirements could be achieved.
