[摘要]對(duì)于核心筒長(zhǎng)寬比接近2、高度200m以內(nèi)的超高層結(jié)構(gòu),采用鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系會(huì)導(dǎo)致兩主軸方向動(dòng)力特性差異較大,核心筒外加設(shè)剪力墻是一種結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)力特性合理的體系。結(jié)合工程實(shí)例,討論了此種結(jié)構(gòu)體系的適應(yīng)性和合理性,對(duì)其進(jìn)行了靜力彈塑性分析,并針對(duì)此種體系的受力特點(diǎn)提出了對(duì)應(yīng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)建議。分析表明,筒體外剪力墻在底部樓層可采用漸變斜墻轉(zhuǎn)換來滿足底部大空間的建筑功能,斜墻轉(zhuǎn)折處宜埋設(shè)型鋼以提高延性。

Super high-rise structural design of shearwall outside the corewall

Abstract:For the super high-rise structure with the ratio of length to width of corewall approaching 2 and the height less than 200m, the adoption of reinforced concrete frame-corewall structural system will lead to a great difference in the dynamic characteristics of the two principal axes. The shearwall outside the corewall is a reasonable system of structural dynamic characteristics. Combining with engineering examples, the adaptability and rationality of the structure system were discussed, the static elastic-plastic analysis was carried out, and the corresponding structural design suggestions were put forward according to the mechanical characteristics of the system. The analysis shows that the transfer inclined wall can be used in the bottom floor of the external shearwall outside the corewall to meet the building function of the large space at the bottom, and the section steel should be embedded at the turning point of the inclined wall to improve ductility.
