李卓東（沁東設(shè)計(jì)事務(wù)所， 北京 100082）［摘要］為了給某房地產(chǎn)公司的限額設(shè)計(jì)管理提供基本數(shù)據(jù)，提出了限額指標(biāo)的研究方法。收集多家房地產(chǎn)公司的項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù)，提煉了產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)特征，制定了適用于該公司的限額設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)，并將其與行業(yè)內(nèi)其他指標(biāo)和實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比，驗(yàn)證了所提出的限額設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)的合理性和可用性。［關(guān)鍵詞］鋼筋含量；混凝土含量；結(jié)構(gòu)；設(shè)計(jì)；結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)庫中圖分類號(hào)：TU318，TU375 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2013)08-0044-04Study on reinforced concrete structure limited design specifications for a real estate companyLi Zhuodong（Qin Dong Design Firm, Beijing 100082, China）Abstract: To get the basic data for limited design management of a real estate company, research methods of limited design specifications were proposed.
