臺(tái)風(fēng)山竹期間玻璃圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)破壞研究及對(duì)規(guī)范相關(guān)風(fēng)荷載計(jì)算規(guī)定的建議

[摘要]臺(tái)風(fēng)山竹是近30多年來登陸中國(guó)香港的最強(qiáng)臺(tái)風(fēng),其對(duì)中國(guó)香港很多建筑的玻璃圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)造成了不同程度的破壞。作為一個(gè)受到經(jīng)常性臺(tái)風(fēng)威脅的廣泛采用玻璃圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的大都市,中國(guó)香港的玻璃圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)破壞研究對(duì)于其他地區(qū)類似環(huán)境的玻璃圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)抗風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì)具有借鑒意義?;谘芯繄F(tuán)隊(duì)所掌握的資料(公共渠道信息及團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀察)總結(jié)了本次臺(tái)風(fēng)玻璃圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)破壞的特點(diǎn),并針對(duì)這些破壞特點(diǎn),對(duì)當(dāng)前中國(guó)規(guī)范圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)風(fēng)荷載計(jì)算的相關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行了討論,建議視項(xiàng)目性能需求可考慮如下高于規(guī)范要求的計(jì)算或設(shè)計(jì)措施:負(fù)壓區(qū)采用建筑頂部作為參考高度,注意建筑間的不利干擾,考慮意外主導(dǎo)洞口可能導(dǎo)致的破壞風(fēng)險(xiǎn),在飛射物破壞高危區(qū)采用針對(duì)性措施以降低或減小破壞影響,在必要情況下考慮對(duì)吊頂及內(nèi)隔墻進(jìn)行抗風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì)。

Glass enclosure  structure damage study during period of typhoon mangkhut and suggestions on specifications for calculating relevant wind loads

Abstract:Typhoon Mangkhut is the strongest typhoon that has struck Hong Kong, China, in the past 30 years. It has caused varying degrees of damage to the glass enclosure structure of many buildings in Hong Kong, China. As a metropolis with glass enclosure structure widely used and  threatened by frequent typhoons, glass enclosure structure damage research in Hong Kong, China, can be used as a reference for wind-resistant design of glass enclosure structure in similar environments in other regions. Based on the data obtained by the research team (public channel information and on-site observation of team members), the characteristics of glass maintenance damage during this typhoon were summarized. In view of these characteristics, the relevant provisions of the current Chinese code for wind load calculation were discussed. It is recommended that the calculation or design measures higher than the specification requirements should be considered according to the performance requirements of the project, including adoption of roof height as reference height for suction zones, consideration of negative interference among buildings, consideration of risk of destruction cause by dominant openings, adoption of corresponding measures to prevent or minimize wind-induced debris damages for high risk zones, and design for ceiling and internal walls if needed.
