上海徐家匯中心北裙房TOD開發(fā)項目結構技術解決方案探討

[摘要]上海徐家匯中心系典型的交通引導開發(fā)類項目,其北裙房建筑單體大部分區(qū)域位于地鐵隧道上方或地鐵50m保護區(qū)域內,地基承載限制是主要結構技術瓶頸。以該工程為研究案例,通過闡述克服地基承載限制的若干結構技術解決方案,包括選用輕質高強的結構體系、結構傳力路徑回避地基限制區(qū)、樁筏基礎計算概念調整、減少工程無效附加荷載等技術方案,并結合彈性時程分析、罕遇地震下的彈塑性靜力分析、屋面桁架系統(tǒng)構件驗算等以佐證本工程抗震性能目標的可實現(xiàn)性與結構體系的可靠性,為交通引導開發(fā)類項目提供有益的結構技術解決方案思路及參考案例。

Discussion on structural technology solution of TOD development project of north podium in Shanghai Xujiahui Centre

Abstract:Shanghai Xujiahui Centre  is a typical transit-oriented-development(TOD) project, whose north podium is located above the subway tunnel or within the 50-meter subway protective area. Its foundation bearing capacity limitation is the main structural technical bottleneck. Taking this project as a case study, several structural technical solutions to overcome the bottleneck of foundation bearing restriction were elaborated, including the selection of lightweight and high-strength structural system, the special design for structural force transmission path to avoid foundation restriction zone, the adjustment of calculation concept of pile-raft foundation, the reduction of invalid additional loads, and the realizability of the objectives of performance-based seismic design and the reliability of the structure system were evidenced by the elastic time history analysis, elastic-plastic static analysis under rare earthquakes as well as the component checking for the roof truss system. Several useful ideas on structural technical solutions with reference case were summarized for the comprehensive development of transit-oriented-development projects.
