[摘要]寧波東部新城C3-4#地塊主塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)高度約為420-3m,采用帶3道伸臂桁架的框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。為適應(yīng)鼓形建筑體型和功能布置的需求,塔樓核心筒通過3次收進(jìn)(含1次斜墻)來減小平面尺寸,全部樓層均采用了鋼管混凝土斜柱,首次將所有3道伸臂桁架以外包混凝土內(nèi)墻的形式穿過核心筒。主要介紹了塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)體系的比選過程,針對(duì)核心筒的收進(jìn)方式和型鋼設(shè)置方式、外框柱的立面布置和截面形式、伸臂桁架與核心筒墻體連接節(jié)點(diǎn)的形式等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)研究和優(yōu)化調(diào)整,基于剛重比和外框剪力分擔(dān)比例偏小的問題,提出可行的解決方案和優(yōu)化措施。

Structural scheme optimization of a main tower for Ningbo Eastern New Town

Abstract:The main tower of C3-4# block in Ningbo Eastern New Town is about 420-3m in height. The frame-corewall structural system with three outriggers was adopted. In order to meet the needs of drum-shaped building shape and function layout, the corewall of the tower reduces the plane size by three shape setbacks (including one inclined wall). All floors adopt concrete filled steel tubular(CFT) inclined columns. For the first time, all three outriggers are passed through the corewall in the form of concrete inner wall. The optimization process of the tower structural system was introduced, and detailed research and optimization adjustment were conducted on the setback mode of corewall and the setting mode of section steel, the vertical layout and section form of outer frame column, the connection form of extension truss and corewall. Based on the small proportion of ratio of stiffness to weight and external frame shear force share, feasible solutions and optimization measures were put forward.
