[摘要]超高層建筑方案設(shè)計需要建筑師和結(jié)構(gòu)工程師從方案設(shè)計前期就開始緊密配合。概念方案設(shè)計階段,建筑師往往會深挖當(dāng)?shù)氐奈幕瘍?nèi)涵及城市的特點進行創(chuàng)作,以期塑造一個獨一無二的城市新地標(biāo)。這對于結(jié)構(gòu)工程師提出了如下兩個挑戰(zhàn):結(jié)構(gòu)的布置需考慮保證建筑效果的實現(xiàn);結(jié)構(gòu)自身的安全性和經(jīng)濟性。以新北京中心項目結(jié)構(gòu)方案設(shè)計為例,通過不同結(jié)構(gòu)方案的比選,包括:建筑立面收分形式的研究、外框結(jié)構(gòu)不同選型及布置的研究、核心筒平面布局的研究及承重墻體的選擇、底部入口不同轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)形式的研究,來闡述建筑與結(jié)構(gòu)專業(yè)相互融合方案設(shè)計的過程。

Integration of structural and architectural scheme designs for New Beijing Centre project

Abstract:The design of super high-rise buildings requires architects and structural engineers to work closely together from the beginning of the design process. At conceptual design stage, architects often dig deep into local cultural connotations and the characteristics of the city to create a unique new landmark in the city. This poses two challenges for structural engineers: the layout of the structure needs to consider the realization of the building effect; safety and economy of the structure itself need to be considered. Taking the design of New Beijing Centre project as an example, different structural schemes were compared and selected and specific works included research on the indentation form of building facades, research on the selection and arrangement of different structural systems of outer frame structures, research on the layout of corewall and selection of load-bearing walls, research on different transformation structural forms of bottom entrance structure. All above research were used to illustrate the process of the integration of structural and architectural scheme designs.
