[摘要]為了改進(jìn)混合砂漿強(qiáng)度檢測(cè)技術(shù),介紹了一種混合砂漿強(qiáng)度檢測(cè)的新方法——靜壓貫入法。采用自主研發(fā)的靜壓貫入裝置,對(duì)7組不同強(qiáng)度等級(jí)的砂漿試塊開展了靜壓貫入試驗(yàn),獲得了砂漿試塊的靜壓貫入曲線,并對(duì)各組砂漿試塊的每條靜壓貫入曲線的貫入阻力峰值及相應(yīng)的貫入深度分別取平均值,作為該組砂漿試塊的靜壓極限貫入阻力和極限貫入深度。通過砂漿試塊抗壓強(qiáng)度與單位貫入阻力的對(duì)比分析,擬合得到靜壓貫入法檢測(cè)混合砂漿強(qiáng)度的測(cè)強(qiáng)曲線式。與貫入法測(cè)強(qiáng)曲線式相比,靜壓貫入測(cè)強(qiáng)曲線式的檢測(cè)精度得到進(jìn)一步提高,其測(cè)強(qiáng)曲線具有更好的線性相關(guān)性。

Experiment and analysis of strength detection of mixed mortar using static pressure penetration method

Abstract:In order to improve the mixed mortar strength detection technology, static pressure penetration method, a new method of mixed mortar strength detection, was introduced. Using the self-developed static pressure penetration device, static pressure penetration tests were carried out on 7 sets of mortar blocks of different strength grades, and the static pressure penetration curves of the mortar test block were obtained. The penetration resistance force peak and the corresponding penetration depth of each static pressure penetration curve of each group of mortar test pieces were averaged respectively to serve as the static pressure limit penetration resistance force and the ultimate penetration depth of the mortar test block. Through the comparative analysis of compressive strength and unit penetration resistance force of mortar test block, the strength curve of static mortar penetration method for detecting the strength of mixed mortar was obtained by fitting. Compared with the strength test curve in penetration method, the detection accuracy of the strength test curve in static pressure penetration method was further improved and its strength test curve had a better linear correlation.
