［摘要］合肥師范學(xué)院劉銘傳學(xué)院位于安徽省巢湖市黃麓鎮(zhèn)，無地下室，地上5層，結(jié)構(gòu)高度23-15m，采用框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系。該工程結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、凹凸不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)等超限情況。為此，本設(shè)計制定了“小震下完好無損傷，中震下輕度損傷”的整體性能目標，通過采用YJK，ETABS等軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)進行小震作用下的彈性靜力分析、豎向構(gòu)件中震彈性及不屈服驗算以及樓板應(yīng)力分析，對于樓板削弱部位及扭轉(zhuǎn)位移比較大的相關(guān)構(gòu)件按中震抗剪彈性，拉彎、壓彎、抗彎不屈服設(shè)計，通過加強外圍框架，對外圍較大的窗間構(gòu)造柱按框架柱要求進行配筋，提高結(jié)構(gòu)抗扭能力。與坡屋蓋相交的框架柱的抗震等級提高一級等加強措施，最終實現(xiàn)了超限結(jié)構(gòu)的性能化設(shè)計。

Structural design of teaching-laboratory building of Liu Mingchuan College in Hefei Normal University

Abstract:Liu Mingchuan College of Hefei Normal University is located in Huanglu Town in Chaohu City, Anhui Province. It has five floors above ground without basement. It has 23-15m in structural height and 23 920m2 in total building area. It adopts frame structure. There are out-of-code conditions in the structural design of this project, such as irregular torsion, concave-convex irregularity, discontinuous floor and so on. The programs of YJK and ETABS were used to conduct the elastic static analysis of the structure under frequent earthquakes, the checking calculation of the elasticity and non-yielding of the vertical members under fortification earthquakes, and the floor stress analysis. The relevant members whose weakening parts and torsional displacements were relatively large were designed according to the shear elasticity, tension-bendingnon-yielding, compression-bending non-yielding and bendingnon-yielding of the floor under fortification earthquakes.
