[摘要]日立電梯(中國)有限公司大石廠區(qū)新建試驗塔建筑高度273-8m,屬超B級高度的超限結(jié)構(gòu),采用筒體結(jié)構(gòu)。建筑平面為22-6m×22m的十字形,高寬比12-4,主要受風(fēng)荷載控制。通過概念設(shè)計并經(jīng)過風(fēng)洞試驗驗證,在建筑中上部設(shè)置風(fēng)穴層并采取調(diào)整建筑平面尺寸、外形等措施,有效減小風(fēng)荷載作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)響應(yīng)。按照設(shè)定的性能目標(biāo),對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行彈性計算、中震驗算,并采用PERFORM-3D軟件進(jìn)行了罕遇地震作用下的彈塑性動力時程分析,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果,采取了有針對性的加強(qiáng)措施。

Structural design of a super high-rise building with large height-width ratio

Abstract:The new elevator test tower of Hitachi Elevator (China) Co., Ltd. in Guangzhou Dashi production area in Guangzhou has the building height of 273-8m, and it belongs to an out-of-code structure exceeding B-level height limit of the code. The structure adopts the tube structural system. The building is cross-shaped in plane, measuring 22-6m by 22m with a height-width ratio of 12-4. The design of the building is mainly controlled by wind load. Through conceptual design and verification of wind tunnel test, wind cave layers were set up in the middle and upper part of the building, and measures such as adjusting the building plane and building shape were adopted to effectively reduce the structural response under wind loads. According to the predefined performance objectives, elastic calculation and checking calculation under fortification earthquakes were conducted and elastic-plastic dynamic time-history analysis was conducted under rare earthquakes using PERFORM-3D software. According to these analysis results, pertinent strengthening measures were adopted.
