[摘要]廣發(fā)證券大廈地上63層,結(jié)構(gòu)高度289-12m??紤]到建筑的需要及施工的便利,采用僅帶一道環(huán)桁架加強(qiáng)層的鋼管混凝土柱鋼框架+鋼筋混凝土核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)。采用MIDAS軟件及ETABS軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行整體計(jì)算和彈性時(shí)程分析,采用PERFORM-3D軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行動力彈塑性時(shí)程分析。分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)的環(huán)桁架及其相連構(gòu)件的受力與普通帶外伸剛臂的加強(qiáng)層受力有所不同。針對本結(jié)構(gòu)的受力特點(diǎn),通過對關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件進(jìn)行加強(qiáng),使結(jié)構(gòu)滿足各項(xiàng)抗震性能目標(biāo)。

Structural design of GF Securities Building

Abstract:GF Securities Building has 63 floors above the ground, with the structural height of 289-12m. Considering the needs of the architecture and the convenience of construction, the concrete filled steel tubular column steel frame + reinforced concrete corewall with only one ring truss reinforcement layer was adopted. MIDAS software and ETABS software were used for overall calculation and elastic time-history analysis of the structure, and Perform-3D software was used for dynamic elastoplastic time-analysis of the structure. The analysis results show that the stress of the ring truss and its connected members is different from that of the reinforcement layer with an outrigger. According to the stress characteristics of the structure, the key components were strengthened to make the structure meet the seismic performance targets.
