[摘要]珠海萬菱環(huán)球中心主塔樓建筑高度340-6m,采用帶加強層+高位轉(zhuǎn)換層的鋼管混凝土柱框架-鋼管混凝土核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。本工程具有地處沿海強風(fēng)地區(qū)、大高寬比、高位轉(zhuǎn)換、鋼管混凝土剪力墻等特點。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計過程中對工程進行了小震彈性分析、穩(wěn)定性分析、鋼管剪力墻軸壓比分析、風(fēng)荷載分析、高位轉(zhuǎn)換層分析、層間受剪承載力分析、大震動力彈塑性分析等,并采用基于性能的設(shè)計方法進行結(jié)構(gòu)抗震設(shè)計,可實現(xiàn)預(yù)設(shè)的C級抗震性能目標(biāo)。

Structural design on out-of-code high-rise main tower of Zhuhai Onelink World Center

Abstract:The main tower of Zhuhai Onelink World Center is 340-6m high. The concrete-filled steel tubular column frame and concrete-filled steel tubular corewall structural system with strengthened story and high-level transfer layer was adopted. The project is located in the coastal area with strong wind, and the project has large aspect ratio, high-level transfer, and concrete-filled steel tubular shear wall. In the course of structural design, analyses were conducted such as the elastic analysis under frequent earthquake, stability analysis, axial compression ratio analysis of steel tubular shear wall, wind load analysis, high-level transfer story analysis, shear bearing capacity analysis between stories, and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquakes. The performance-based design method was adopted for structural seismic design, which realized the preset C-level seismic performance target.
