［摘要］建筑裝配化是通過(guò)工業(yè)化方法將工廠制造的工業(yè)產(chǎn)品，采用機(jī)械化、信息化等工程技術(shù)手段，按不同要求進(jìn)行組合和安裝，建成特定建筑產(chǎn)品的一種建造方式，符合建筑業(yè)節(jié)能減排和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的要求。詳細(xì)闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外建筑裝配化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，針對(duì)我國(guó)目前建筑裝配化發(fā)展存在的裝配化技術(shù)研究不成熟、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系不完善等問(wèn)題提出相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策，最后給出建筑裝配化推進(jìn)與實(shí)施幾點(diǎn)建議，可為我國(guó)建筑裝配化的發(fā)展提供參考。

Status, problems and countermeasures of prefabricated buildings in China

Abstract:Prefabricated construction is a kind of construction method to combine and install industrial products manufactured by industrialization according to different requirements, using mechanical and information engineering methods, in order to build a specific building product. It is in line with the requirements for energy saving and emission reduction and sustainable development of the construction industry. The development status of prefabricated construction at home and abroad was expounded in detail. The corresponding countermeasures to the problems of immature assembly technology and imperfect standard system in the current development of prefabricated construction in China were put forward. Finally, some suggestions for the advancement and implementation of prefabricated construction were given. Suggestions could provide reference for prefabricated construction in China.
