首都滑冰館結(jié)構(gòu)改造設(shè)計研究

[摘要]首都滑冰館建造于20世紀(jì)80年代,主體結(jié)構(gòu)為60榀倒L形預(yù)應(yīng)力剛架,地下1層頂板采用整體預(yù)應(yīng)力裝配式板柱結(jié)構(gòu),屋面采用空間梭形桁架結(jié)構(gòu)。介紹了首都滑冰館結(jié)構(gòu)概況以及冬奧會改造的內(nèi)容,對結(jié)構(gòu)初始建造、1~3層附屬結(jié)構(gòu)逐步拆除過程進(jìn)行施工分析,提出拆除過程對現(xiàn)有結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力的影響,特別是看臺斜梁構(gòu)件拆除對主體結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,繼而制定監(jiān)測要求及控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn),確保結(jié)構(gòu)拆除過程安全可控;研究了整體預(yù)應(yīng)力裝配式板柱結(jié)構(gòu)的受力特點及預(yù)應(yīng)力損失情況,針對該結(jié)構(gòu)加固、拔柱改造等要求,提出相應(yīng)的加固做法,為此類型結(jié)構(gòu)的改造提供了借鑒。

Research on structural reconstruction design of Capital Skating Hall

Abstract:Capital Skating Hall was built in the 1980s. Its main structure include 60 pieces of inverted L-shaped prestressed rigid frame, of which the top layer of the underground layer adopted the integral prestressed prefabricated slab-column structure and spatial shuttle truss structure was adopted in roof. The general situation of the structure of  Capital Skating Hall and the content of the reconstruction for the Winter Olympic Games were introduced. The initial construction of the structure and the gradual demolition of the 1~3 storey subsidiary structure were analyzed, and the influence of the demolition process on the internal force of the existing structure was put forward, especially the influence of the demolition of the inclined beam on the main structure, and then the monitoring requirements and control standards were formulated to ensure the safety and controllability of the demolition process. The mechanical characteristics and prestress loss of the integral prestressed prefabricated slab-column structure were studied, and the corresponding reinforcement methods were put forward according to the requirements of the structure reinforcement and column pulling-out reconstruction. This provides a reference for the reconstruction of this type of structure.
