[摘要]綜合利用普通混凝土的高抗壓性能及陶?;炷亮己醚有约白灾剌p的優(yōu)點,研究上部采用普通混凝土、下部采用陶?;炷恋男滦童B澆梁的抗剪力學性能。通過制作5根下部采用陶粒混凝土、上部采用普通混凝土疊澆而成的簡支梁和1根全陶粒混凝土簡支梁,并進行抗剪性能試驗研究,分析不同配箍率和疊澆間隔時間對疊澆梁的撓度、最大斜裂縫寬度、箍筋應變和極限承載力的影響,研究疊澆梁的破壞形態(tài)及疊澆梁的整體性。結果表明,隨著配箍率的增大,跨中撓度和最大斜裂縫寬度減小,極限承載力增大。適當增長疊澆間隔時間,能夠提高疊澆梁抗剪性能。疊澆梁的工作整體性良好,具有可推廣性。

Experimental study on shear performance of stack-poured beams made from different characteristic concrete

Abstract:Based on the high compressive strength of ordinary concrete and the good ductility and light weight of ceramsite concrete, the shear performance of new stack-poured beams with ordinary concrete at the top and ceramsite concrete at the bottom was studied. Five simply supported beams with full ceramsite concrete at the lower part, ordinary concrete at the upper part and one simply supported beam with full ceramsite concrete were fabricated to carry out shear performance experiments. The effects of different stirrup ratios and stack-poured time intervals on the deflection, maximum inclined crack width, stirrup strain and ultimate bearing capacity of the stack-poured beams were analyzed. The failure modes and the integrity of the stack-poured beams were investigated. The results show that with the increase of stirrup ratio, the mid-span deflection and maximum inclined crack width decrease, and the ultimate bearing capacity increases. Increasing the stack-poured time interval is beneficial to the shear resistance of stack-poured beams. The working integrity of the stack-poured beams is good and can be popularized.
