[摘要]青楊洲編木拱虹橋是2019北京世園會園區(qū)內(nèi)的一個景觀橋梁,橋梁全長14-4m,凈跨距13-6m,寬3-8m。采用MIDAS/Civil有限元軟件對此橋梁進行三維仿真模擬,結(jié)果表明,此橋梁的強度及穩(wěn)定性滿足要求。此編木拱虹橋的施工采用現(xiàn)代木結(jié)構(gòu)裝配式施工新技術(shù),即將整座橋梁的上部結(jié)構(gòu)先拆分成構(gòu)件再拆分成標準化零部件,在工廠內(nèi)生產(chǎn)加工標準化零部件,運輸至現(xiàn)場臨時場地后將零部件拼裝成構(gòu)件,將構(gòu)件整體吊裝并拼裝成型,這種方法減少了工期,簡化了工藝,降低了對技術(shù)工匠的依賴,不僅對后續(xù)編木拱虹橋的推廣起到了良好的示范作用,而且使編木拱這種構(gòu)造復雜的傳統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)能夠大規(guī)模地被復制,使這種帶有傳統(tǒng)文化特色的編木拱結(jié)構(gòu)可很好地被繼承和發(fā)楊。

Abstract:Qingyangzhou woven timber arch bridge is a landscape bridge located in International Horticultural Exhibition 2019 Beijing, with a total length of 14-4m, and a net span of 13-6m and a width of 3-8m. 3D FEM simulation has been performed using MIDAS/Civil software, and the results show the bridge meets the requirement of strength and stability. The modern wood structure prefabricated construction technology has been adopted in in this bridge, in which the superstructure of this bridge has been divided into components and then into standardized parts, and the standardized parts are produced in the factory, transported to a temporary site near the project site, the parts are assembled into components, and the components are craned and assembled into the whole bridge. This method has decreased the construction period, simplified the working process and reduced the dependence on technical craftsmen. It not only plays a good role in the promotion of woven timber arch bridge, but also makes this complex structure can be replicated in large quantities, so as to enable this traditional cultural structure to be inherited and popularized.
