2019北京世園會(huì)植物館結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]2019北京世園會(huì)植物館建筑設(shè)計(jì)理念為“升起的地平”,造型奇特、受力復(fù)雜,溫室內(nèi)為高溫高濕環(huán)境,具有一定的工程代表性:采用框架+ V柱的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,其中V柱減小了結(jié)構(gòu)跨度,滿(mǎn)足了結(jié)構(gòu)受力要求,實(shí)現(xiàn)了建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的完美結(jié)合;地基采用CFG樁復(fù)合地基,有地下室部分基礎(chǔ)采用梁板式筏形基礎(chǔ),非地下室部分基礎(chǔ)采用獨(dú)立基礎(chǔ);對(duì)溫室屋頂40m單層網(wǎng)殼的穩(wěn)定分析,表明結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定承載力滿(mǎn)足設(shè)計(jì)要求;通過(guò)設(shè)置懸掛在V柱上的不銹鋼拉索,以及步道與樓面連接處的抗扭構(gòu)造措施,保障了旋轉(zhuǎn)步道的結(jié)構(gòu)安全和舒適度;為減輕結(jié)構(gòu)自重,部分屋面板采用輕質(zhì)鋼邊框屋面板,經(jīng)檢測(cè)承載力均滿(mǎn)足設(shè)計(jì)要求;針對(duì)溫室內(nèi)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)在高溫高濕環(huán)境下的防腐需求,設(shè)計(jì)了配套的防腐涂層系統(tǒng),并采用不銹鋼拉索保證拉索防腐性能;在建筑四周設(shè)置了自屋頂下掛的根須,根須材質(zhì)根據(jù)受力選擇鋁管和鋼管兩種,以期為其他植物園結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。

Structural design on  Botanical Garden of International Horticultural Exhibition 2019, Beijing, China

Abstract:The architectural design concept of  Botanical Garden of International Horticultural Exhibition 2019, Beijing, China is “the rised ground”. The project is unique in shape and having complicated structural load paths. The interior of the greenhouse is a high-temperature and high-humidity environment which represent a certain type of project. The structure adopts a structural system with frame + V-column. The V-column reduces the structural span to satisfy the structural strength requirements, and realizes the perfect combination of architectural aesthetic and structures performance. The foundation is CFG pile-combined foundation, beam-plate type raft foundation was used for the foundation with basement, and independent foundation was used for foundation without basement. The stability analysis of the 40-meter span single-layer reticulated shell on the greenhouse roof shows that the stability of the structure meets the design requirements. The structural safety and comfort of the rotating walkway were ensured by providing stainless steel cables suspended from the V-column and torsion resistance construction at the joint between floor slab and walkway. In order to reduce the structural weight, some roof panels use light steel frame panels, and these panels were tested to ensure their strength capacity meets the design requirements. For the anti-corrosion demand of steel structure in greenhouse under high temperature and high humidity environment, the corresponding anti-corrosion coating system was designed, and the stainless steel cable was used to ensure the anticorrosion performance of the cable. The roots were suspended from the roof around the building. The material of the roots was selected from aluminum tube and steel tube based on the force. All above is to provide design reference for other similar botanical structures.
