[摘要]2019北京世園會(huì)國際館由南北兩個(gè)展廳組成,北展廳地上2層,南展廳地上1層,北側(cè)設(shè)1層地下室。屋面的94朵“花傘”鋼結(jié)構(gòu)以及2層的鋼桁架連廊將南北展廳連成整體。為了展現(xiàn)建筑“花海”效果,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)充分利用建筑“花傘”造型和找形“花瓣”的幾何邏輯,“編織”既符合建筑外觀造型又滿足結(jié)構(gòu)受力和穩(wěn)定需要的異形鋼框架。通過對異形鋼框架單元和整體結(jié)構(gòu)的計(jì)算分析,詳細(xì)研究了異形鋼框架單元的受力特征和結(jié)構(gòu)整體性能。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,異形鋼框架具有較強(qiáng)的抗側(cè)剛度和整體性;屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)具有較大的平面內(nèi)剛度,可協(xié)調(diào)南北展廳變形和受力;折形屋蓋通過豎向變形釋放溫度內(nèi)力,減小溫度作用對結(jié)構(gòu)的不利影響;對于變截面鋼管柱異形鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu),通過整體屈曲分析,用歐拉公式反求框架柱計(jì)算長度和長細(xì)比,從而為確定框架柱截面尺寸提供定量依據(jù)。

Abstract:International Pavilion of International Horticultural Exhibition 2019, Beijing, China consists of two exhibition halls, the north and the south. The north exhibition hall has two floors above ground, while the south exhibition hall has one floor above ground. A basement is set in the north. The north and the south hall are connected by 94 ″flower umbrella″ steel structures on the roof and the two-story steel truss gallery. In order to show the ″flower sea″ effect of the building, the geometric logic of the building ″flower umbrella″ and the shape-finding ″petal″ was fully used to weave a special-shaped steel frame, to meet the architectural appearance and the structural strength and stability requirements. Through the calculation and analysis of the special-shaped steel frame element and the whole structure, the stress characteristics and the overall performance of the special-shaped steel frame element were studied in detail. The calculation results show that the special-shaped steel frame has strong lateral stiffness and integrity; the roof structure has large in-plane stiffness, which can coordinate the deformation and stress of the north and south exhibition halls; the folded roof releases temperature internal force through vertical deformation to reduce the adverse effect of temperature on the structure; and the special-shaped steel frame with variable cross-section steel tube columns has great in-plane stiffness. Through overall buckling analysis, the effective length and slenderness ratio of frame columns are inversely calculated by Euler formula, thus providing quantitative basis for determining the section size of frame columns.
