[摘要]針對(duì)天津地區(qū)3個(gè)區(qū)縣農(nóng)居,提出了農(nóng)居抗震性能三級(jí)調(diào)查方法,并闡述了應(yīng)用三級(jí)調(diào)查方法的基本原則,根據(jù)天津農(nóng)村地區(qū)抗震設(shè)防要求,給出了3個(gè)區(qū)縣的地震動(dòng)設(shè)防參數(shù)。根據(jù)調(diào)查的兩萬(wàn)多棟農(nóng)居,分析了農(nóng)居抗震現(xiàn)狀,根據(jù)農(nóng)居承重墻體砂漿強(qiáng)度和抗震構(gòu)造措施不同分析了農(nóng)居構(gòu)造特征的時(shí)空分布,分析了土坯、石木、磚木和磚混四種結(jié)構(gòu)類型的抗震現(xiàn)狀??蔀楝F(xiàn)有農(nóng)村地震安全提供技術(shù)支持和科學(xué)依據(jù)。

Investigation and analysis on seismic performance of rural residences in Tianjin

Abstract:A three-level seismic performance investigation method for rural residences was put forward to apply in the rural residences in three districts and counties in Tianjin area, and the basic principle of applying the three-level investigation method was expounded. According to the requirements of seismic fortification in rural areas of Tianjin, the seismic fortification parameters of three districts and counties were given. According to the survey of more than 20 000 rural residences, the seismic status of rural residences was analyzed. According to the strength of mortar and seismic structural measures of load-bearing walls of rural residences, the spatial and temporal distribution of structural characteristics of rural residences was analyzed. The seismic statuses of adobe, stone, brick-wood and brick-concrete structures were analyzed to provide technical support and scientific basis for seismic safety of existing rural residential structures.
