多層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)模塊建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與分析

[摘要]天津子牙尚林苑白領(lǐng)公寓項目屬于多層模塊建筑,根據(jù)模塊單元的尺寸、建筑功能和結(jié)構(gòu)要求對模塊單元進行選型,選用了鋼模塊與鋼框架的復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)體系。為便于模塊單元間的連接和安裝,提出了一種新型的角件旋轉(zhuǎn)式模塊單元間連接節(jié)點。根據(jù)實際節(jié)點受力情況,在MIDAS/Gen中對節(jié)點進行簡化,采用偏安全的方式進行了結(jié)構(gòu)的整體設(shè)計與分析,在各種荷載及工況組合下對結(jié)構(gòu)進行了分析計算,將得到的應(yīng)力、位移等結(jié)果與相應(yīng)的規(guī)范進行對比。計算結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)各項指標(biāo)均滿足規(guī)范要求。最后對模型進行了彈性時程分析的補充驗算,并參考彈塑性時程分析的結(jié)果設(shè)計連接件的尺寸,保證了結(jié)構(gòu)的安全。

Structural design and analysis of multi-storey steel structure module structures

Abstract:The white-collar apartment project in Ziya Shanglin Garden of Tianjin is a multi-story module building. According to the sizes of the module unit, architectural functions and structural requirements, the module units and the composite system of steel module and steel frame were selected. In order to facilitate the connection and installation of modules, a new kind of connecting joint between rotating corner module element was proposed. According to the actual mechanical situation of module joints, the finite element analysis software MIDAS/Gen was used to simplify the joints. The overall design and analysis of the structure were carried out in a partially safe way, and the structure was analyzed and calculated under various loads and working conditions. The results of stress and displacement were compared with the corresponding codes. The calculation results show that all the indexes of the structure meet the requirements of the code. Finally, the model is checked by elastic time history analysis, and the size of the connector is designed according to the results of elastic-plastic time-history analysis, which ensures the safety of the structure.
