[摘要]對某大底盤單塔偏置超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)進行多軟件小震反應(yīng)譜對比分析、小震彈性時程分析、中震不屈服驗算以及大震下靜力彈塑性分析,了解結(jié)構(gòu)的地震響應(yīng)特點以及塑性鉸發(fā)展規(guī)律,對薄弱部位采取相應(yīng)的加強措施;并對穿層柱進行屈曲分析,對裙房頂部樓板以及連橋與裙房連接位置樓板進行小震下樓板拉應(yīng)力分析。分析結(jié)果表明結(jié)構(gòu)具有良好的抗震性能,完全能滿足預(yù)定性能目標的要求,也能滿足“小震不壞,中震可修,大震不倒”三水準的設(shè)計要求,可為同類大底盤單塔偏置建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計提供參考。

Structural design of an out-of-code high-rise eccentric single-tower building with large base

Abstract:The multi-software comparative response spectrum analysis under frequent earthquake, elastic time history analysis under frequent earthquake, non-yielding checking calculation under moderate earthquake and static elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquake were analyzed for an out-of-code high-rise eccentric single-tower building with large base. The seismic response characteristics and development law of plastic hinge of the structure were understood and corresponding strengthening measures were taken for weak parts. Buckling analysis of cross-story columns was carried out, and tensile stress analysis of the roof slab of podium and the floor slab between the bridge and the podium under frequent earthquake was carried out. The analysis results show that the structure has good seismic performance and can fully meet the requirements of predetermined performance objectives and can also meet the three-level design requirements of “no damage under frequent earthquake, repairable under moderate earthquake, no collapse under rare earthquake”, providing for the structural design of similar eccentric single-tower building with large base.
