[摘要]太原遠(yuǎn)大購(gòu)物中心A區(qū)A座寫(xiě)字樓建筑高度143-20m,主體結(jié)構(gòu)采用鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。主要介紹了工程結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和超限情況,并針對(duì)超限情況提出相應(yīng)的加強(qiáng)措施,從而保證整體結(jié)構(gòu)安全可靠、經(jīng)濟(jì)合理。采用YJK,PMSAP和SAUSAGE多種軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)性能進(jìn)行了多遇地震、設(shè)防地震及罕遇地震下的計(jì)算分析,補(bǔ)充驗(yàn)算了中震下核心筒剪力墻墻肢拉應(yīng)力,并對(duì)局部躍層柱進(jìn)行了屈曲分析。結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)所提出的加強(qiáng)措施是安全有效的,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)“三水準(zhǔn)”抗震性能設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)。

Structural design of out-of-code high-rise office building of Taiyuan Yuanda Shopping Mall Center

Abstract:Office building a in district a of Taiyuan Yuanda Shopping Mall Center has height of 143-20m, and its main structure adopts reinforced concrete frame-corewall structural system. The characteristics of the engineering structure and the out-of-code situation were mainly introduced, and corresponding strengthening measures in view of the out-of-code situation were put forward, so as to ensure the safety, reliability and economic rationality of the overall structure. Several kinds of software such as YJK, PMSAP and SAUSAGE were used to calculate and analyze the structural performance under frequent earthquake, fortification earthquake and rare earthquake. The tensile stress of corewall shear wall under fortification earthquakes was supplemented and the buckling analysis of local cross-layer columns was carried out. The results show that the strengthening measures proposed in the structural design are safe and effective, and can achieve the performance-based seismic design goals of "three-level".
