[摘要]東西通道位于上海市浦東新區(qū),是CBD核心區(qū)“井”字形交通方案的重要組成部分,由地面段、地下段及橋梁段組成。其中地下段總長(zhǎng)約6-1km,最大埋深約13-9m,主線暗埋段采用單箱雙孔,匝道暗埋段采用單箱單孔,出口部分為U形敞開結(jié)構(gòu)。綜合多方技術(shù)論證并考慮與軌道交通14號(hào)線共建因素,圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)采用地下連續(xù)墻、型鋼水泥土攪拌墻、重力式水泥土攪拌墻形式,第一道支撐采用混凝土支撐,其余采用鋼支撐,基坑坑底采用水泥土攪拌樁“裙邊+抽條”加固形式;通道主體采用現(xiàn)澆結(jié)構(gòu),抗浮不滿足段底板下采用抗拔樁抗浮,同時(shí)該工程重要關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)多,對(duì)關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行全過程仿真模擬分析,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果有針對(duì)性地采取了相應(yīng)的技術(shù)措施,保證結(jié)構(gòu)安全可靠和經(jīng)濟(jì)合理。

Summary of structural design of underground section of the East-West Passage Project in Shanghai

Abstract:The East-West Passage is located in the Pudong New Area of Shanghai. It is an important part of the “well” shaped traffic plan in the core area of the CBD. It consists of the ground section, the underground section and the bridge section. The underground section has a total length of about 6-1km and a maximum buried depth of about 13-9m. The buried section of the main line uses a single box and two holes. The buried section of the ramp uses a single box and a single hole. The outlet part is a U-shaped open structure. Synthesizing multi-party technical demonstration and considering the factors of co-construction with rail transit line 14, the enclosure structure is in the form of underground continuous wall, steel cement soil mixing wall and gravity cement soil mixing wall. The first support adopts concrete braces and the rest adopts steel braces. The bottom of the pit is made of cement soil mixing pile "skirt + pumping strip" reinforcement; the main body of the channel adopts cast-in-situ structure, the anti-floating is not satisfied with the anti-floating pile under the bottom plate. At the same time, there are many important key nodes in the project. The whole process simulation and analysis of the key nodes are carried out. According to the analysis results, corresponding technical measures are taken to ensure the structure is safe and reliable and economically reasonable.
