紫荊文化廣場項目結(jié)構(gòu)分析與設(shè)計

[摘要]首先對紫荊文化廣場項目塔樓和裙房部分采用不同基礎(chǔ)方案的經(jīng)濟性進行對比,并對塔樓和裙房采用不同基礎(chǔ)方案時的沉降量及沉降差進行對比分析。結(jié)果表明,塔樓下采用設(shè)抗沖切鋼筋的有柱墩平板式筏基、裙房下采用獨立基礎(chǔ)+抗水板的基礎(chǔ)形式無論在經(jīng)濟性和沉降差異方面均具有明顯優(yōu)勢。歸納了存在較大范圍下沉庭院的結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震措施,分析了不平衡土壓力下結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力,并在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中采取相應(yīng)加強措施。最后對超長地下室的溫度作用進行計算分析,分析時分別考慮了施工期間和使用期間不同環(huán)境條件,并根據(jù)溫度分析結(jié)果在設(shè)計中采取相應(yīng)措施來控制結(jié)構(gòu)裂縫。

Structural analysis and design of Bauhinia Cultural Square

Abstract:Firstly, the economies of different foundation schemes for tower and podium of Bauhinia Cultural Square were compared, and the settlement and settlement difference of different foundation schemes for tower and podium were compared and analyzed. The results show that the flat raft foundation  which is provided with punching shear resistant reinforcement with column piers under the tower and the foundation with independent foundation and water-resistant slab under the podium have obvious advantages in terms of economy and settlement difference. Then the aseismic measures of the structure with large-scale sunken garden were summarized, the internal forces of the structure under unbalanced soil pressure were analyzed, and the corresponding strengthening measures were taken in the structural design. Finally, the temperature effect of super-long basement was calculated and analyzed. The different environmental conditions during construction and use were taken into account, and corresponding measures were taken to control structural cracks according to the results of temperature analysis.
