[摘要]建滔廣場為復(fù)雜高層連體結(jié)構(gòu),兩個(gè)塔樓均采用框架-核心筒體系,頂部2層通過72m跨的連接體鋼桁架將兩塔樓連為一體,塔樓與連接體為剛性連接。根據(jù)工程抗震超限情況,提出了抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)和方法,進(jìn)行了小震、中震作用下的整體計(jì)算和大震作用下的彈塑性分析,結(jié)果表明,針對本工程提出的性能化設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)是合理的,結(jié)構(gòu)安全性能夠得到保證。

Performance-based seismic design of Jiantao Plaza

Abstract:Jiantao Plaza is a complicated high-rise connected structure. Both tower buildings adopt frame-corewall system. The top two floors are connected by 72m-span connector steel truss, and the connection between tower and connector is rigid. According to the out-of-code conditions of the project, the objective and method of performance-based seismic design were put forward. The overall calculation under frequent and fortification earthquakes and elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquakes were carried out. The analysis results show that the performance-based seismic design objective proposed for this project is reasonable and the structural safety can be guaranteed.
