沈陽(yáng)星摩爾購(gòu)物廣場(chǎng)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)亮窗設(shè)計(jì)與研究

[摘要]沈陽(yáng)星摩爾購(gòu)物廣場(chǎng)亮窗鋼結(jié)構(gòu)由單層網(wǎng)殼及樹(shù)形支承柱構(gòu)成。單層網(wǎng)殼為復(fù)雜的空間曲面,平面尺寸長(zhǎng)約285m,寬約200m。網(wǎng)殼邊界較多,周邊均與混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)交接,溫度作用對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)起控制作用。通過(guò)采用彈性支座,在溫度影響最為不利的地方設(shè)置一道溫度縫,不僅大大降低了溫度作用下的支座反力,同時(shí)將支座位移也控制在合理范圍內(nèi)。彈性屈曲及彈塑性穩(wěn)定分析表明,該網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)具有較高的屈曲荷載和穩(wěn)定承載力。

Design of steel structure for Shenyang Star Mall Plaza Skylight

Abstract:Steel structure of Shenyang Star Mall Plaza Skylight is composed of single-layer latticed shell and dentritic columns. The single-layer latticed shell is a complex spatial surface which is 285m long and 200m wide. There are many boundaries of shell structure and they are connected with concrete structures, and the temperature action controls the steel structural design. By using elastic supports, together with a temperature joint located at the most effective position, structural reaction forces under temperature action were greatly reduced, and support displacements were also controlled within reasonable limits. Based on elastic buckling and elastic-plastic stability analysis, it is found that the shell structure has a higher buckling load and ultimate load carrying capacity.
