(南京金宸建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司,南京 210029)[摘要]南京水游城建筑平面形狀復(fù)雜,地下層1~地上層5有不規(guī)則曲線形狀的商業(yè)走廊。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),根據(jù)使用功能合理設(shè)置結(jié)構(gòu)縫將整個(gè)建筑劃分為4個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)單元。結(jié)合各單元特點(diǎn),優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)體系。介紹了上部結(jié)構(gòu)中挑梁、托梁和斜柱的設(shè)計(jì)措施,深基礎(chǔ)抗浮及底板外墻的處理方法。[關(guān)鍵詞]結(jié)構(gòu)縫;挑梁;托梁;抗浮;混凝土外墻中圖分類號(hào):TU318-2文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2011)05-0046-06Structure design of Nanjing Shui Youcheng BuildingXu Congrong, Sun Yaping, Li Chunlei, Hou Shanmin(Nanjing Kingdom Architecture Design Co., Ltd., Nanjing 210029, China)Abstract:The architectural plane of Nanjing Shui Youcheng is complex. There are some irregular curved commercial corridors from first basement to floor 5. According to the structure function, the whole structure was divided into 4 units. The structure design of each unit was also optimized based on its characterization. The design of cantilever beam, joist and battered column in the upper structure was introduced.
