長富金茂大廈混凝土收縮徐變分析及結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

(1 法國歐博建筑與城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計公司,深圳 518053; 2 深圳市博藝建筑工程設(shè)計有限公司,深圳 518053; 3 清華大學深圳研究生院,深圳 518055)[摘要]分析了混凝土收縮徐變對深圳長富金茂大廈構(gòu)件內(nèi)力和變形的影響規(guī)律,總體趨勢是隨著樓層高度的增加,影響越發(fā)明顯,具體結(jié)論如下:1)混凝土收縮徐變對框架柱的軸力起增大作用,頂層處增大幅度不超過10%,對剪力墻的軸力起釋放作用,頂層處減小最大為27%;2)對一端連接柱子、一端連接剪力墻的梁端彎矩影響較大,其中頂層處近柱端的梁上部彎矩增大接近30%,近墻端的梁上部彎矩減小接近20%;3)對兩端連接框架柱的梁彎矩影響最大接近11%;4)一端連接柱子、一端連接剪力墻的梁端彎矩影響主要為最頂部10層,中下部的影響可以忽略不計。基于該影響規(guī)律,對結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計施工措施提出了相應的建議。[關(guān)鍵詞]收縮徐變;影響規(guī)律;內(nèi)力重分布中圖分類號:TU375-03,TU318文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2011)05-0043-03Structural design and concrete shrinkage and creep analysis of Changfu Jinmao BuildingLin Chaowei1,2, Wang Xingfa1,2, Chen Qin3, Li Rui1,2, Huang Yuan1,2, Lei Ting1,2(1 AUBE Conception Design Architecture Co., Ltd., Shenzhen 518053, China;2 Shenzhen Boyi Construction Engineering & Design Co., Ltd., Shenzhen 518053, China;3 Graduate School at Shenzhen, Tsinghua University, Shenzhen 518055, China)Abstract:The impact of concrete shrinkage and creep on component internal force and deformation of Changfu Jinmao Building was analyzed. It is concluded that the general trend is that the effect is more obvious with the increase of floor numbers. The specific conclusions are as follow: 1) concrete shrinkage and creep is enlarging the axial force in the column with the increase range not exceeding 10% on the top floor, but is decreasing the axial force in the shear wall with a maximum of 27% on the top floor; 2) the impact on bending moment of beams which connect the column and shear wall is more obvious, with the increase range of bending moment of beam closely column at top story up to 30% and the appropriate decrease range of the bending of beam near wall 20%; 3) the maximum impact on beam bending moment which connects column on both sides is nearly 11%; 4) the impact on bending moment of beams which connects the column and the shear wall is focusing on the top 10 floors and the impact on lower floors can be ignored.
