長富金茂大廈結(jié)構(gòu)設計及抗震性能研究

(1 法國歐博建筑與城市規(guī)劃設計公司,深圳 518053;2 深圳市博藝建筑工程設計有限公司,深圳 518053;3 清華大學深圳研究生院,深圳 518055)[摘要]長富金茂大廈結(jié)構(gòu)主體高度295m,為組合框架-核心筒-伸臂結(jié)構(gòu)。用ETABS和SATWE軟件進行結(jié)構(gòu)彈性分析,計算結(jié)果吻合較好,各項指標滿足規(guī)范要求。此外還進行了結(jié)構(gòu)的彈性時程分析,將其結(jié)果和反應譜結(jié)果中的較大值用于結(jié)構(gòu)設計。風洞試驗表明主樓頂層加速度峰值滿足人體舒適度要求,同時驗算了施工過程中的結(jié)構(gòu)安全性。采用ABAQUS對結(jié)構(gòu)進行大震彈塑性時程反應分析及抗震性能評價,最后介紹了采取的抗震措施。[關鍵詞]框架-核心筒-伸臂結(jié)構(gòu);風洞試驗;彈塑性時程反應分析中圖分類號:TU318-2文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2011)05-0038-05Structural design and seismic performance of Changfu Jinmao BuildingWang Xingfa1,2, Lin Chaowei1,2, Chen Qin3, Li Rui1,2, Zheng Minghua1,2, Li Kailun1,2(1 AUBE Conception Design Architecture Co., Ltd., Shenzhen 518053, China; 2 Shenzhen Boyi Construction Eng. & Design Co., Ltd., Shenzhen 518053, China; 3 Graduate School at Shenzhen, Tsinghua University, Shenzhen 518055, China)Abstract:Changfu Jinmao Building is 295 meters high with a structural system of composite frame-core-outrigger. ETABS and SATWE softwares were used to achieve structural elastic analysis, and the results coincide with each other and meet with the relevant requirements. Elastic time-history analysis was carried out, and the larger values in time-history and spectrum response were used in structural design. Results from windtunnel test show that the peak acceleration in the top of the main building is met with human comfort requirements in the office. Structural safety in construction was checked in the simulation of construction stage. ABAQUS was used in the analysis of elastic-plastic time-history response and seismic performance evaluation in rare earthquakes.
