屈曲約束支撐在某裝配式項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用研究

[摘要]屈曲約束支撐在裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)中的應(yīng)用是裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)抗震設(shè)計(jì)的一種新思路。以某帶屈曲約束支撐的裝配式整體混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)的商務(wù)酒店為例,結(jié)合帶屈曲約束支撐的消能減震技術(shù),從抗震指標(biāo)、經(jīng)濟(jì)性及工業(yè)化預(yù)制效率、建筑功能等多方面進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)體系對(duì)比。采用MIDAS Gen軟件對(duì)帶屈曲約束支撐的裝配式框架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行大震作用下抗震性能分析,并結(jié)合預(yù)制構(gòu)件間的連接和屈曲約束支撐安裝施工精度等因素,采用節(jié)點(diǎn)核心區(qū)預(yù)制的方案,隨后對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)及構(gòu)件接縫進(jìn)行大震作用驗(yàn)算,計(jì)算結(jié)果滿足規(guī)范要求。將屈曲約束支撐的消能減震技術(shù)和裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)結(jié)合,為提高裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能提供一種有效的技術(shù)選擇。

Application research of buckling-restrained braces in a prefabricated project

Abstract:The application of buckling-restrained braces in assembled structure is a new idea for seismic design of assembled structures. A commercial hotel project  adopting a prefabricated concrete frame structure with buckling-restrained braces was taken as an example, the structural systems with buckling-restrained braces with other conventional structural systems were compared in terms of seismic index, economy, industrialization prefabrication efficiency and architectural function, etc. MIDAS Gen software was used to analyze the seismic performance of assembled concrete frame structure with buckling-braces under rare earthquake. Considering the connection practicability between prefabricated members and the installation accuracy of buckling-restrained braces, the scheme of prefabrication of concrete beam-column joints was adopted, and the earthquake action checking of joints and connections was carried out. The calculation results meet the requirements of the code. Combining the energy dissipation technology of buckling-restrained braces with the assembled structure to provide an effective technical choice for improving the seismic performance of the assembled structure.
