［摘要］介紹了百年住宅的結構設計方法以及裝配整體式剪力墻結構在百年住宅中的應用。通過現(xiàn)場荷載試驗，對約束漿錨搭接新型連接方式和預制大跨度疊合板的設計進行驗證。研究結果表明，在整個加載過程中，大跨度疊合樓板的撓度能滿足其在正常使用極限狀態(tài)和承載力極限狀態(tài)下的規(guī)范要求。同時樓板也能滿足正常使用時舒適度的要求。

Research and application of assembled structure in centennial house

Abstract:The structural design method of centennial house and the application of assembled integral shear wall structure in centennial house were introduced. Through field load test, the design of new connection mode of confined rebar lapping in grout-filled hole and prefabricated long-span composite slab were verified. The results show that the deflection of large-span composite slabs can meet the specification requirements of the normal service limit state and load limit state during the whole loading process. At the same time, the floor can also meet the requirements of comfort in normal use.
