[摘要]楊浦96街坊項(xiàng)目4號(hào)樓為上海市第一個(gè)裝配整體式框架-現(xiàn)澆核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)高層辦公樓,主要介紹了項(xiàng)目的超限情況及抗震性能目標(biāo),預(yù)制框架梁、柱的連接方式,預(yù)制框架梁與現(xiàn)澆核心筒的連接做法,通過三維BIM模型進(jìn)行復(fù)雜梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)連接的安裝模擬,避免了鋼筋的碰撞以及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)預(yù)留套筒安裝的操作空間,并基于實(shí)際項(xiàng)目提出三個(gè)方面的調(diào)整建議,更好地體現(xiàn)了裝配式建筑工業(yè)化建造的優(yōu)勢(shì),希望能給類似的設(shè)計(jì)提供借鑒。

Design and application of assembled structure in high-rise office building

Abstract:Building 4, Yangpu 96 Block Project is the first high-rise office building with monolithic assembled concrete frame and cast-in-place corewall structure in Shanghai. Out-of-code situation and seismic performance objectives of the project were introduced, as well as the connection mode of precast frame beams and columns, and the connection method of precast frame beams and cast-in-place corewall. Through three-dimensional BIM model, the installation simulation of complex beam-column joint connection avoided the collision of steel bars and reserved the operation space of sleeve installation on site. Based on the actual project, three adjustment suggestions were put forward, which better reflected the advantages of industrial construction of assembly building, hoping to provide reference for similar designs.
