［摘要］簡要回顧了幾種典型裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)體系（內(nèi)澆外掛結(jié)構(gòu)、疊合式裝配結(jié)構(gòu)、裝配整體式剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)（含飾面集成）、裝配整體式框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)、全裝配式框架結(jié)構(gòu)）的項目情況，對項目中的關鍵技術（疊合式結(jié)構(gòu)計算分析與構(gòu)造、預制剪力墻分析與連接構(gòu)造、預制框架梁柱節(jié)點構(gòu)造等）與工程問題（生產(chǎn)、安裝效率與連接質(zhì)量等）做了簡單介紹。對近年來裝配式建筑行業(yè)推廣中所涉及的設計理論、工程構(gòu)造及建造效率等問題進行了分析與思考，并對裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化與中遠期目標進行了設想。提出可通過逐步提升預制構(gòu)件的應用比例及自動化安裝程度來實現(xiàn)全面工業(yè)化的建筑產(chǎn)品，達到綠色可持續(xù)發(fā)展與向工業(yè)化轉(zhuǎn)型的目標。

Practical development and conception of assembly concrete structural design of Zhongsen in Shanghai

Abstract:The project situations of several typical assembly structure systems were briefly reviewed, including inside-casting and outside-hanging structure, overlapped assembly structure, assembly monolithic shear wall structure (including decoration integration), assembly monolithic frame-corewall structure and full assembly frame structure. The key technologies in the projects were briefly introduced including calculation, analysis, and construction of overlapped structure, analysis and construction of prefabricated shear wall and construction of assembly frame beam-column joints. The construction problems were also briefly introduced including production, installation efficiency and connection quality. The design theory, construction structure and construction efficiency involved in the promotion of assembly construction industry in recent years were analyzed and considered, and the optimization of assembly structure and medium and long-term objectives were envisaged. It was proposed that the comprehensive industrialization of building products could be achieved by gradually increasing the application proportion of assembly components and the degree of automatic installation, so as to achieve the goal of green sustainable development and industrialization transformation.
