[摘要]反力墻系統(tǒng)由于能提供可靠的加載條件,已成為大型結(jié)構(gòu)實驗室重要的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施之一。為了進一步完善反力墻系統(tǒng)設(shè)計理念和設(shè)計方法,依據(jù)反力墻系統(tǒng)受力和功能特性將反力墻系統(tǒng)設(shè)計分為四個層次的內(nèi)容與要求,基于性能要求和控制指標制定了設(shè)計目標,根據(jù)使用功能和經(jīng)濟要求歸納了結(jié)構(gòu)選型內(nèi)容,基于工況定義和以有限元模擬為補充的理論計算方法確定了計算分析的內(nèi)容和步驟,并依據(jù)規(guī)范要求和分析給出了構(gòu)造措施及預應力施加建議。最終建立了一套完整的反力墻系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方法,并將其應用于某高校結(jié)構(gòu)實驗室反力墻系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。

Design method and application of reaction wall system in structural laboratory

Abstract:Because of the reliable loading conditions, the reaction wall system has become one of the important infrastructures of large structural laboratories. For improving the designed concept and method of reaction wall system, the design of the reaction wall system was divided into four levels according to the force and function characteristics of the reaction wall system. Based on the performance requirements and control indexes, the design objectives were formulated; the content of structural selection was summarized according to the functional and economic requirements; the content and steps of calculation and analysis were determined based on the definition of working conditions and the theoretical calculation method supplemented by finite element simulation; and the suggestions of structural measures and stress exertion were given according to the requirements and analysis of codes. Finally, a complete design method of reaction wall system was established and applied to the design of reaction wall system in a university structural laboratory.
