［摘要］本工程為高位大跨連體超限高層建筑，兩側(cè)塔樓房屋高度均為137-050m，屬B級(jí)高度，連接體位于32層～屋面層，跨度為29-600m?；诳拐鹦阅茉O(shè)計(jì)方法，采用YJK，ETABS軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了多遇地震作用下的彈性分析，采用YJK軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)防地震作用下的性能分析，采用SAUSAGE軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了罕遇地震作用下的彈塑性時(shí)程分析。分析結(jié)果表明，結(jié)構(gòu)可滿(mǎn)足預(yù)定的抗震性能目標(biāo)，設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)針對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)薄弱部位采取相應(yīng)的加強(qiáng)措施。

Structural design on an out-of-code high-rise building with large-span high-position connected structure

Abstract:It is an out-of-code high-rise building with large-span high-position connected structure. It belongs to level-B height high-rise building by code with building height of 137-050m. The connected part is located on the 32th floor to the roof floor, and the span is 29-600m. Based on the performance-based seismic design method, the elastic analysis of the structure under the frequent earthquake was carried out by YJK and ETABS software. The performance analysis of the structure under the intermediate earthquake was carried out by YJK software. Elastic-plastic timehistory analysis was carried out by  SAUSAGE software under the rare earthquake. The analysis results show that the structure can meet the predetermined seismic performance targets, and corresponding reinforcement measures in the design  should be taken for the weak parts of the structure.
