[摘要]匯隆商務(wù)中心2A#塔樓為鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu),為滿足在建筑四周立面不同標(biāo)高設(shè)置中庭的要求,采用帶V撐的轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行上部結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換。通過(guò)YJK和ETABS兩種軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了多遇地震下的振型分解反應(yīng)譜分析和彈性時(shí)程補(bǔ)充分析,采用MIDAS Building軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了罕遇地震下的彈塑性時(shí)程分析,對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)換V撐處的樓板進(jìn)行了應(yīng)力分析,此外還進(jìn)行了施工模擬分析與節(jié)點(diǎn)有限元分析。結(jié)果表明,該結(jié)構(gòu)體系合理且具有良好的抗震性能,結(jié)構(gòu)整體抗震性能能夠達(dá)到《高層建筑混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》(JGJ 3—2010)規(guī)定的C級(jí)性能目標(biāo)要求,結(jié)構(gòu)整體變形及應(yīng)力水平均處于合理的范圍。

Overrun structural analysis of tower 2A# of Huilong Commercial Center

Abstract:The reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure system was adopted in tower 2A# of Huilong Commercial Center. To meet the requirements of the atrium set around the building at different elevation, transfer structure with V shaped brace was used for the transformation of upper structure. The structure was analyzed by YJK and ETABS programs for response spectrum analysis and complementary elastic time-history analysis under the frequent earthquake. Elastic-plastic time-history analysis of the structure was performed by MIDAS Building program under rare earthquake. The stress analysis of the floor slab at the transition V-shaped brace was carried out. In addition, the construction simulation analysis and the finite element analysis of the joints were also carried out. Analysis results show that the overall structural system is rational and has a good seismic performance, the overall seismic performance of the structure can meet the C-level performance target of Technical specification for concrete structures of tall buildings (JGJ 3—2010), and the deformation of the whole structure and the stress levels are in a reasonable range.
