［摘要］匯隆商務中心2A#塔樓的建筑立面沿高度方向采用四段式設計，每一段均有一個中庭，分別位于建筑的不同立面上。為滿足中庭通透要求，結構的外框架在中庭高度范圍內(nèi)不能封閉，結構設計時在中庭頂部的外框架設置了局部轉換構件；中庭頂部樓層在中庭區(qū)域采用鋼結構樓蓋，其余部位仍采用混凝土樓蓋，避免了高支模施工。通過斜撐形式和跨數(shù)的分析，結構選用了V撐進行轉換，并對V撐節(jié)點構造進行了研究。此外還進行了外框架不封閉對結構的影響分析。分析表明，因轉換形成的外框架局部不封閉給結構整體性能帶來的影響在可控范圍內(nèi)，結構形式合理可靠。

Structural design and key technology of tower 2A# of Huilong Commercial Center

Abstract:The building facade of tower 2A# of Huilong Commercial Center is designed as four sections along the direction of height, and each section has an atrium located on different facade of the building. To meet the permeability requirements of the atrium, the outside frame of the structure can not be closed within the height of the atrium, so local transfer components were set up in the outside frame at the top of the atrium. On the top floor of the atrium, the atrium area adopted steel structure floor, and the rest part still adopted concrete floor, which avoided the construction of high support formwork. Transfer structure with V-shaped brace was selected through the analysis of brace form and span number. And the construction of V-shaped brace joints was also studied. In addition, the influence of outside frame not closed on the structure was analyzed. The analysis results show that the influence of outside frame not closed caused by local transfer on the overall performance of the structure is within the controllable range, and the structural form is reasonable and reliable.
