[摘要]貴陽國際金融中心1號(hào)樓為高度375-1m的超限高層建筑,采用帶高位轉(zhuǎn)換的鋼管混凝土柱框架-鋼筋混凝土核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。在結(jié)構(gòu)方案優(yōu)選、核心筒剪力墻的軸壓比限值、剪力墻內(nèi)置鋼管、結(jié)構(gòu)整體穩(wěn)定性、57層高位轉(zhuǎn)換等方面均具有獨(dú)到之處。通過結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定、轉(zhuǎn)換層等一系列詳細(xì)分析以及構(gòu)造加強(qiáng)措施,可達(dá)到預(yù)期的C級(jí)性能目標(biāo)要求。

Structual design of out-of-code high-rise No.1 building of Guiyang International Financial Center

Abstract:The No.1 building of Guiyang International Financial Center is an out-of-code high-rise building of 375-1 meters high, and it adopts structural system of concrete filled steel tubular (CFST) frame and reinforced concrete corewall with transfer story at high elevation. It is unique in the optimization of structural scheme, the limit value of axial compression ratio of corewall shear wall, the built-in steel tube of shear wall, the overall stability of the structure and the transfer story at 57th story. Through detailed structural analysis such as structural stability, transfer floor and others and structural strengthening measures, the expected C calss performance objectives could be achieved.
