［摘要］采用扁頂法對(duì)20片180mm厚的頁(yè)巖多孔磚砌體墻進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)原位試驗(yàn)。通過(guò)分析試驗(yàn)結(jié)果得到不同砂漿水平灰縫厚度下砌體在分級(jí)荷載作用下的破壞模式，應(yīng)變變化曲線(xiàn)以及初裂荷載、破壞荷載隨砂漿厚度的變化曲線(xiàn)。由曲線(xiàn)可分析獲得砂漿厚度對(duì)砌體抗壓強(qiáng)度的影響。依據(jù)規(guī)范對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試的壓力進(jìn)行換算可得扁頂法試驗(yàn)得到的砌體抗壓強(qiáng)度，同時(shí)利用回彈法推定獲得砌體抗壓強(qiáng)度參考值，并對(duì)采用這兩種方法獲得的結(jié)果與墻體的設(shè)計(jì)抗壓強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析，可證實(shí)砂漿水平灰縫厚度對(duì)頁(yè)巖多孔磚砌體抗壓強(qiáng)度的影響。

Experimental study on effect of mortar thickness on the compressive strength of shale porous brick masonry

Abstract:In-situ tests were carried out on 20 specimens of 180mm thick shale porous brick masonry walls by flat jack method. By analyzing the test results, the failure modes, strain curves, initial crack loads and failure loads of masonry under graded loads with different thickness of mortar horizontal mortar cracks were obtained. The influence of mortar thickness on the compressive strength of masonry was obtained from the curve. The compressive strength of masonry obtained by the flat jack test was obtained by converting the pressure measured by the code. At the same time, the reference value of the compressive strength of masonry was deduced by rebound method. The results obtained by these two methods were compared with the design compressive strength of the wall. The effect of the thickness of horizontal mortar crack on the compressive strength of shale porous brick masonry was confirmed.
