[摘要]以裝配式住宅工程為研究背景,通過(guò)有限元計(jì)算和試驗(yàn)研究特定型鋼截面下加勁肋對(duì)于齊平端板連接半剛性節(jié)點(diǎn)力學(xué)性能的影響。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)加載現(xiàn)象、有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果和節(jié)點(diǎn)所受彎矩與梁柱相對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)角曲線(M-θ曲線),表明加勁肋能改變這種齊平端板半剛性節(jié)點(diǎn)的初始剛度,提高節(jié)點(diǎn)極限承載能力,但提高效果并不顯著,在此工程應(yīng)用中可不設(shè)置節(jié)點(diǎn)域加勁肋。

Effect of stiffener on the physical properties of the flush end plate semi-rigid joints

Abstract:Based on the background of prefabricated residential projects, the effects of the stiffeners under the section of a specific section steel on the mechanical properties of the flush end plates semi-rigid joints were studied by finite element calculation and experimental calculation. According to the test loading phenomenon, finite element calculation results and the curve of joint moment and relative angle of beam-column(M-θ curve), it is shown that the stiffener can change the initial stiffness of the flush end plate semi-rigid joint and improve the ultimate bearing capacity of the joint, but the improvement effect is not significant, node domain stiffeners may not be set in this engineering application.
