9區(qū)格式無梁樓蓋靜力試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]9區(qū)格式無梁樓蓋是采用拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化的理論方法并結(jié)合結(jié)構(gòu)理論及工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)提出的一種新型現(xiàn)澆空心無梁樓蓋結(jié)構(gòu)。對(duì)該類結(jié)構(gòu)做了豎向荷載作用下的靜力試驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明:結(jié)構(gòu)靜力學(xué)性能較優(yōu),在超載150%的情況下?lián)隙热詽M足要求,其變形特征與實(shí)體板類似;達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)荷載前結(jié)構(gòu)表現(xiàn)出較好的線彈性性能;加載過程中,板底裂縫首先產(chǎn)生在跨中矩形區(qū)格,并由矩形區(qū)格往周邊梯形區(qū)格和肋梁邊發(fā)展,板面裂縫主要產(chǎn)生在支座區(qū)域;肋梁可起到阻滯裂縫發(fā)展的作用,網(wǎng)格布置合理;整個(gè)加載-卸載過程中,撓度和裂縫寬度較小,結(jié)構(gòu)始終保持完好的幾何形狀并具承載能力;該類結(jié)構(gòu)適用于荷載和跨度較大的多層建筑的樓蓋系統(tǒng)。

Static experimental study on nine-grid girderless floor

Abstract:Based on topology optimization theoretical method and combined with structural theory and engineering experience, nine-grid girderless floor is proposed as one new kind of cast-in-situ girderless hollow floor. Static experimental study  on this structure under vertical loading was conducted. The results show that the structure has good statics performance, and the deflection still meets the requirement under the condition of 150% overload, and the deformation characteristic is similar to that of  the solid floor. The structure showed good linear elastic properties before reaching the design load; during loading process, the crack in the bottom of floor firstly occurred in the rectangular grid in the middle of the span and then extended to the perimeter trapezoidal grid and ribbed beam, and the crack in the surface of floor mainly occurred in the support area. The rib beams can prevent the development of crack and the grid arrangement is reasonable. In the process of loading and unloading, the deflection and the width of crack were small and the structure maintained sound geometrical shape and bearing capacity. This kind of structure is suitable for floor system of multi-story with long span and heavy load.
