[摘要]通過(guò)設(shè)置四個(gè)不同的節(jié)點(diǎn)試件進(jìn)行低周反復(fù)試驗(yàn),觀察四個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)的不同力學(xué)特性,重點(diǎn)分析滯回曲線、骨架曲線。對(duì)比環(huán)板節(jié)點(diǎn)和套筒節(jié)點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果可以發(fā)現(xiàn),新型的套筒節(jié)點(diǎn)的各項(xiàng)力學(xué)性能非常理想,不劣于傳統(tǒng)的環(huán)板節(jié)點(diǎn)。對(duì)比不同套筒厚度的套筒節(jié)點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,發(fā)現(xiàn)隨著套筒厚度的增加,套筒節(jié)點(diǎn)有更好的延性、塑性變形能力和耗能能力。套筒節(jié)點(diǎn)的性能提升幅度和套筒厚度不是正比關(guān)系,當(dāng)套筒厚度較小時(shí),隨著套筒厚度增加,節(jié)點(diǎn)性能提升幅度較大。當(dāng)套筒厚度較大時(shí),隨著套筒厚度增加,節(jié)點(diǎn)性能提升幅度較小。從經(jīng)濟(jì)方面考慮,建議套筒厚度取10mm。

Experimental study on sleeve joints of round steel tubes

Abstract:By setting four different node test pieces for low-cycle repeated test, the different mechanical properties of the four nodes were observed, and the hysteresis curves and skeleton curves were emphatically analyzed. Comparing the test results of the ring plate joint and the sleeve joint, it can be found that the mechanical properties of the new sleeve joint are very satisfactory and are not inferior to the traditional ring plate joint. Comparing the test results of the sleeve joints with different sleeve thicknesses, it is found that with the increase of the thickness of the sleeve, the sleeve joints have better ductility, plastic deformation ability and energy consumption. The performance improvement of the sleeve joint is not proportional to the thickness of the sleeve. When the thickness of the sleeve is small, the performance of the joint increases greatly as the thickness of the sleeve increases. When the thickness of the sleeve is large, as the thickness of the sleeve increases, the performance of the node is less increased. From the economic point of view, the thickness of the sleeve should be 10mm.
