[摘要]設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)一字形雙層波形鋼板內(nèi)填混凝土組合剪力墻試件,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行軸壓試驗(yàn),結(jié)果發(fā)生伴有局部屈曲的整體失穩(wěn)破壞。運(yùn)用ABAQUS有限元軟件建立雙層波形鋼板內(nèi)填組合剪力墻模型,分析其高寬比、鋼板厚度、墻體厚度等參數(shù)對(duì)組合墻穩(wěn)定承載力的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:雙層波形鋼板內(nèi)填混凝土組合剪力墻具有較高的穩(wěn)定承載力。當(dāng)組合墻的高寬比在1-5~3-0范圍內(nèi)時(shí),對(duì)其穩(wěn)定承載力影響較??;當(dāng)鋼板的厚度從3mm增加到4mm時(shí),其穩(wěn)定承載力提高比較明顯。最后擬合出表征雙層波形鋼板內(nèi)填混凝土組合剪力墻整體穩(wěn)定性的φ-λ曲線及公式,可用于實(shí)際工程設(shè)計(jì)。

Research on stability of double-layer sinusoidal steel plate filled with concrete composite shear wall

Abstract:A piece of double-layer sinusoidal steel plate filled with concrete composite shear wall specimen was designed, and axial compression test was carried out and the overall instability damage accompanied with local buckling was occured. The influence of aspect ratio, steel plate thickness and wall thickness on the stability bearing capacity of composite shear wall was analyzed by using ABAQUS finite element software to establish the double-layer sinusoidal steel plate filled with concrete composite shear wall model. The results show that the double-layer sinusoidal steel plate filled with concrete composite shear wall has high stability bearing capacity. When the aspect ratio of the composite wall is in the range of 1-5 to 3-0, the aspect ratio of the composite wall has less effect on its stable bearing capacity. When the thickness of the steel plate increases from 3mm to 4mm, its stable bearing capacity is improved obviously. Finally, the curves and formulas of the overall stability of the composite shear wall with double-layer sinusoidal steel plate filled with concrete composite shearwall are fitted which can be used in practical engineering design.
