[摘要]主要介紹上海世茂國(guó)際廣場(chǎng)裙房改建設(shè)計(jì)思路及措施,并研究相鄰結(jié)構(gòu)消能減震加固設(shè)計(jì)方法。采取消能減震加固設(shè)計(jì)方法,通過(guò)更替部分主樓與裙房之間的阻尼器及在裙房?jī)?nèi)新增黏滯阻尼墻的做法,將減震后的結(jié)構(gòu)地震響應(yīng)降低至原設(shè)計(jì)地震響應(yīng)水平,從而避免抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件的加固。針對(duì)阻尼器連接的相鄰結(jié)構(gòu)附加阻尼比無(wú)法估算的特點(diǎn),提出相鄰結(jié)構(gòu)減震加固目標(biāo)測(cè)算法,測(cè)算裙房的等效附加阻尼比。結(jié)果表明,減震分析得出阻尼器對(duì)裙房的減震效果明顯,達(dá)到了減震間接加固的效果。

Energy-dissipated strengthening design of podium structure in Shanghai Shimao International Plaza

Abstract:The design ideas and measures for the remodeling of the podium in Shanghai Shimao International Plaza were mainly introduced, and the energy-dissipated strengthening design of adjacent structures was studied. The energy-dissipated strengthening design method was adopted by replacing the dampers between the main building and the podium and adding viscous damping walls in the podium. The seismic response of the structure after the energy dissipation was reduced to the original design seismic response level, thereby avoiding the strengthening of the lateral force-resisting members. The additional damping ratio of adjacent structures connected by the damper could not be estimated, so the measurement algorithm method was propose for energy dissipation target of the adjacent structures to calculate the equivalent additional damping ratio of the podium. The energy dissipation analysis shows that the damping effect of the damper in the podium is obvious, and the effect of energy dissipation is achieved as well as indirect strengthening.
