[摘要]近年來(lái)現(xiàn)澆空心樓蓋體系得到了越來(lái)越多的應(yīng)用,而相關(guān)空心樓蓋體系加固改造的研究并不多。以溫州國(guó)際會(huì)展中心三期展廳項(xiàng)目為例,對(duì)大跨疊合薄壁空心管現(xiàn)澆混凝土空心樓蓋的的受力特性和加固改造設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了研究分析,并采用PMSAP對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行整體有限元分析,空心板采用剛度等效的實(shí)心板模擬。計(jì)算分析表明,增加夾層后結(jié)構(gòu)整體指標(biāo)均未發(fā)生大幅變化,均滿足規(guī)范要求。在集中荷載作用下,混凝土空心板呈現(xiàn)整體受力的形式,因此加固時(shí)應(yīng)對(duì)空心板進(jìn)行整體加固。采用粘貼碳纖維布加固法對(duì)空心板進(jìn)行加固,提高了施工速度及施工方便性。同時(shí)為防止鋼柱底部的空心板局部沖切破壞,對(duì)此處空心板采用局部灌漿處理,提高了其抗剪及抗沖切承載力。

Reinforcement and reconstruction design of large-span hollow slab system

Abstract:The cast-in-place hollow slab system has been widely used in construction projects in recent years, while the research of the reinforcement and reconstruction of such system is not enough. With the example of the third phase of Wenzhou International Exhibition Center, the mechanical characteristics and the design of reinforcement and transformation of the large-span cast-in-place concrete hollow slab system with superimposed thin-walled hollow pipe was studied and analyzed. The integral finite element analysis of the structure was carried out by PMSAP and the hollow slab was simulated by solid slab with equivalent stiffness. The results of calculation and analysis show that the overall index of the structure has not changed significantly after adding interlayer, which meets the requirements of the code. Under concentrated load, the hollow concrete slab shows an integral force pattern and should be strengthened as a whole. The hollow slab was strengthened by pasting carbon fiber sheet, which may improve the speed and convenience of construction. At the same time, in order to prevent the local punching failure of hollow slab at the bottom of steel column, the local grouting treatment was used to improve the shear resistance and punching capacity of the hollow slab.
